Pricing

Every price, on one page.

Pay as you go per import, or the Agency plan for consultants. Either way you see exact counts before anything is charged, and only what successfully lands in GoHighLevel is ever billed.

Pay as you go

No subscription. Each import is priced from what it moves:

What is migratedPriceCounted as
Contacts
Name, email, phone, address, date of birth, company, website and every mapped custom field
$0.001 per contactEach contact successfully pushed to GoHighLevel. 10,000 contacts = $10.
Tags
Created in GoHighLevel with their Keap category, then applied to every contact that has them
$0.01 per unique tagEach tag created, however many contacts carry it. Applying tags to contacts is free, and so is the optional tag-history note on each contact.
Orders & payments
Every Keap order becomes a GHL invoice with its payment history, read back and verified
$0.10 per order
+ $0.02 per additional payment
Each invoice created, with its first payment included; every further payment recorded on it is $0.02. $0 orders are saved as a note for free; void orders are skipped for free.
File Box files
Keap File Box documents uploaded to the contact's documents in GHL
$0.20 per fileEach file transferred. Converting Keap's HTML files to PDF is included. A re-run after a failure only charges files not already in GHL.
Contact notes
Every note on the Keap contact, with title, type, date and author
$0.01 per noteEach note copied. Notes already copied by an earlier import into the same sub-account are not charged again.
Email history
Every email Keap holds for the contact, added to the GHL conversation at its original date with subject, HTML body and addresses
$0.001 per emailEach email added. 10,000 emails = $10. Emails already added by an earlier import into the same sub-account are not charged again.
  • Only successes are charged. A contact, tag, order, file, note or email that fails is never billed, and each failure is listed with its reason.
  • Exact counts before you pay. The import exports from Keap first, then shows the exact counts and total. You approve, a card hold is placed for that amount, and the push begins.
  • 72-hour fix window. After the import finishes the hold stays open for 72 hours so retried contacts and orders are paid from it, not charged again. Close it early or let it close itself: only what was used is charged and the rest is released to the card.
  • Minimum charge $0.50 per paid import (Stripe's floor). Coupon codes give a percentage discount; a 100% coupon makes the import free with no card hold.
  • Free: the account, connecting Keap and GoHighLevel, the estimate, field mapping, phone-number formatting, tag assignments, tag-history notes, the shareable client report.

Agency plan

  • Everything included. Contacts, tags, tag history, contact notes, email history, orders, payments and File Box files on every import, with no per-item charge. Each import still shows its pay-as-you-go value so you know what you saved and what to bill.
  • One import at a time. One big migration in a day, or ten small ones. A second start waits for the running import to finish or be aborted.
  • 30-day fix window on every import instead of 72 hours.
  • Client names and shareable reports. Name each import for your records and send the client a read-only report with no prices on it, signed with your agency name.
  • One seat per account. Signing in on a second device signs the first out.
  • Billing. $997 a year through Stripe, promotion codes accepted at checkout. Cancel any time and the plan runs to the end of the paid year; no refunds. Imports already running always finish.

Questions

When is my card charged?

Never at sign-up and never at the estimate. After the Keap export finishes you see the exact counts and approve the total; a hold for that amount is placed on the card. When the import completes the hold stays open for 72 hours for fixes, then only what was actually migrated is charged and the rest is released.

What if some contacts or orders fail?

They are not charged. Each failure is listed with its reason, with tools to fix and retry it from the open hold. Anything still unresolved when the window closes is tagged in Keap so a follow-up import can bring in just those contacts.

Can I import in stages, or test with a few contacts?

Yes. Import by tag brings in only the contacts carrying a chosen Keap tag. A test with 50 contacts costs cents. Running the full import later into the same sub-account updates those records instead of duplicating them, and notes, files and emails already copied are not charged twice.

Is there a minimum?

$0.50 per paid import, which is the smallest charge Stripe allows. A 100% coupon makes an import free with no card hold at all.

Which is cheaper, pay as you go or the Agency plan?

Pay as you go for one migration. The Agency plan pays for itself at roughly a thousand dollars of pay-as-you-go value a year, which is one large account with orders and email history, or several mid-sized ones. The Agency page keeps a running total of what the plan has saved.
